because i'm a moron

dumb things i do because i’m stupid:

1. wait until the day the film festival opens to buy tickets. that way i’ll be assured that at least something will be sold out. (although hmc did have a little to do with this)
   
2. go through and pick films online. go back again and pick them again to see how much they would be if i finally became a member this year. decide not to become a member, go back and repick everything again.
   
3. decide that since we’re going to see the expensive joan allen thing, it ends up being almost worth it if i do become a member and use the discount. (still, i don’t think that she’s sexy. does anyone think that she’s sexy? why do they keep casting her in roles like she’s sexy? please stop. [mental note: do not ask this question during the q&a portion with joan that evening.])
   
4. go through and buy the first set of films, and then realize after i’m all done that i could have bought a cinevoucher pass for $20 more which would have allowed me to get tickets to two extra movies.
   
5. quickly close the browser tabs that i’ve opened, including the one with my confirmation and tracking number, leaving me no trace of what i’ve done.

this is why they make me stay home and watch tv.
