i’ve been playing this damn game bookworm for the past few days, and i can’t stop. it’s like boggle, but with penalties for crappy cheap words. this is sucking up so much of my time i’m not getting anything else (work or fun) done.
in fact, i hate these bastards at popcap games. a few months ago i got sucked into their game bejeweled and the same thing happened until i deleted it so i could get on with my life.
Posted at July 1, 2004 2:23 AMDude, I know what you mean. “Dynomite” got me a couple of weeks ago and I’d find myself looking up at the clock at 1:30 in the morning thinking, “why the hell am i still up?”.
Bookworm is fun when I don’t want to do work at work. I have a dual monitor set-up at work and I have my work stuff on one screen and all the other procratination efforts on the other. Suckers!
